lenders, and taken advantage of by contractors because of my lack of knowledge and know-how.

Things didn’t change for me, until I started truly betting on myself by empowering myself with the right information and applying it strategically. In the last 5 years, I have flipped over 125 properties. Personally I have amassed an active 8 figure rental portfolio that cash flows a high net 5 figures monthly.
